Key Job / Role Responsibilities :

Production / Operational Administration: - Maintain production reports, tracking progress and efficiency, and provide support maintaining the KPI system across the organization. - Coordinate communication between productions teams (milling, meat processing, extrusion, co-extrusion, and packing) and all other departments to ensure smooth operation on a daily basis. - Record keeping of operational documents and compliance. - Support the scheduling and coordination of production timeline to ensure timely delivery of products. - Maintain Operational calendar. Ensure up to date calendar available to all departments. - Maintain records of maintenance and repair equipment to minimise downtime. Flag and elevate any trending issues. - Support daily consumption across all areas within operations team ensuring visibility of waste, plant efficiency, attainment and time loss. - Liaise with the Sales / Marketing team to ensure Production is updated on current orders and/or cu

Possessing the ability to communicate with personnel from a wide array of backgrounds, education and skillsets will be highly valued.

Key Skills and Experience: - Strong administrative skills - Arability to streamline processes and systems. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong computer literacy, competent in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word). - Experience with ERP system would be an advantage - Time management juggling multiple tasks and deadlines - Resilience to change / pivot in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong numerical and written skills. - Dedication to providing outstanding Customer Service. - An enthusiastic can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
