Herd Test Technician
About this job
You are part of the Operations & Service Group and report to the Herd Test Team Leader. This team is responsible for delivering on the promise we make to our customers. Operations & Service is made up of LIC’s Artificial Breeding, Diagnostics, Farms Management, FarmWise, Field Assist, Heifer Management and Herd Testing teams. This role is responsible for providing an efficient and professional service to Herd Test clients by delivering and subsequently collecting equipment and milk samples for transfer to Depot/Weigh Station. As required, assist the customer with herd testing processes during milking, ensuring the Dairy Herd Testing standards are followed. Listed at Part time but a MINIMUM of 20 hours per week will be offered.
