Heavy Truck Driver
About this job
Seeking Class 5 heavy truckers to transport bulk cartage, able to drive and reverse a truck and trailer for long distances, able to do jackknife and drive tipper truck, able to drive bitumen and operate a spreader truck for chipseal work, do receipting of metals, straight reversing, able to reverse truck for hotmix and operate a loader and digger, load and offload trucks with forklift for concrete sleepers and other. Must have knowledge to drive asphalt trucks, experience in reseeding. Able to drive dangerous goods trucks and bulk tankers. Valid Class 5 heavy combination truck driver licence Valid Dangerous Goods licence Valid forklift certifications Valid WTR Able to pass a medical Able to pass a drug test Attend inductions and online training Complete log books and delivery dockets Requirement to keep trucks clean and smoke free Adhere to Contractors rules and regulations Work within timeframes provided Able to drive dangerous goods trucks/bulk tankers
