Hamilton based employer is seeking a Finance and Property Manager to join their team. Duties include:
• Understand the lending criteria for the banks/finance companies • Key relationship manager for our clients/investors and banks/finance companies • Sound financial understanding around purchasing property • Listing and managing property to maximise returns and achieving 5 star guest experience reviews • Networking with banks, finance companies and investors/clients.

Job Requirements
• Must pass a police check and drug test • Must have a Real Estate qualification or a financial planning / mortgage broking qualification or experience in property management.

- Rostered but flexible Mon - Fri (self managing 20-30pw) (20 hours per week)
