Area Business Manager

An Ellerslie based commercial cleaning franchise company is seeking to hire an Area Business Manager. This role is a mix of Key Account Management and Sales. Other duties include maintain and develop relationships with franchisees, help franchisees in every way to become successful business owners. Build relationships with both existing and new clients. Liaise with clients to ensure they are receiving excellent customer service including regular quality control check-ins. Generate and deliver quotes to grow the client base. Meet or exceed your sales targets. This involves a proactive approach to sales and consistently seeking new opportunities. Maintain an accurate database and record keeping. Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed. A suitable candidate must have • An ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people • Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong sales skills and techniques • Good time management and organisation skills • A fantastic work ethic, a positive attitude and an ability to work well in a small team • A desire to learn and grow with the role • A commitment to customer service • A strong eye for detail and upholding cleaning standards • A valid full NZ Drivers licence
