A Reefton mining company is seeking workers to join their team. Mining crews are multi-skilled and trained to undertake a variety of tasks; machine operation; trucking; installation of ground support; mining services; and support of mine development activity.
Job Requirements
Experience in mining is not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must be 18 or older. We value people with transferable skills; so if you've worked with heavy machinery, in forestry, farming, with hard rock or coal we welcome your application. Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing; police vetting is part of the recruitment process; Full Class 1 license is essential; clean driving record and ability to drive a manual vehicle is necessary for this work. Please be aware that Federation Mining is a Smoke Free workplace; Drug and Alcohol testing is mandatory daily on site. if suitable the vacancy manager will send you the Online application
