Junior Customer Service Administration

West Auckland Glass manufacturing and supply company has a fulltime position available to join the sales team, we need an energetic FOH member to assist in the day to day running of the office and administration tasks, with customer service being key.
Key Attributes:
-Computer literate, Multitasker, Problem solver, proven customer service experiences a must,
-Comfortable using Outlook, values working in a team environment.
We use Smart Builder (Glass industry software System), experience using this system would be an advantage, but full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Job Requirements
- Proven customer service experience - Good phone manner and problem solver - Organised and able to reply to customers' emails efficiently - Quick learner with a can-do attitude - 100% reliable - Building material knowledge advantage but not essential
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 4.30pm One Saturday every 3 weeks from 9am to 12.00 noon (40 hours per week)
