CNC Machine Setter / Operator

Responsibilities include: • Set up and operate CNC mills to produce components • Manufacture jigs and fixtures • Machining components according to drawings • Delivering products to specifications and on time • Weekly and monthly reporting to the Manufacturing Manager Minimum qualifications NCEA,Certificates / Apprenticeships,Licence,Professional Qualification Additional job prerequisites: Key Skills and Abilities: • Trade Qualified • Minimum 5 years' experience as a CNC Programmer/ setter including operating, fault finding and maintenance experience • Vast Knowledge of raw materials and their machining characteristics • 3 years plus experience on Mazatrol • Confident use on Integrex would be an advantage • Read and interpret detailed machine /engineering drawings • High degree of knowledge of tooling, speed and feed rates Equipment used and /or technology skills: • CNC and Conventional Machines • Linisher • Drill press • Band saw Please email updated CV to shirley.lim001@msd.govt.nz if you meet all the above job prerequisites.
