Apple Orchard Training Co-Ordinator

Training Co-Ordinator urgently required to train new staff in pruning, thinning and picking harvest activities. Tasks will also include other orchard work including tractor driving, spraying, crop and tree management etc You must have patience and perseverance when training new staff along with a positive encouraging attitude. Experience in a similar training role would be an advantage, but no necessary. This is not an entry level role, the employer is looking for someone with experience in all aspects of apple orchard production. Remuneration based on experience.

Able to train people of all abilities Experience in all aspects of Apple Orchard production Full cl 1 license Able to work some Saturdays during peak season
