Childcare Worker

We are looking for a Child Care Assistant to join our light hearted, fun team in Wainuiomata.

As you will be working with children, we are seeking someone who loves to look after children whether you have experience or not.

This role is 25 hours a week but 40 hours a week during school holidays when available.

We have morning and afternoon shifts available but generally we prefer someone who can do both shifts.

There will be a roster basis to work with other staff members so we are flexible.

2:30pm - 6:00pm would be the primary hours for the role, however, there's also the 6:45am - 8:30am shift if you're wanting extra hours.

During school holidays, there is also the possibility to work between 7am - 6pm, so if you're interested in extra work, then this can definitely be discussed further!

Generally we have 2 weeks holidays in Christmas end of the year but can go up to 3 weeks depending on the business.

Full training will be provided to the right candidate so if this sounds like you, get in quick!

No experience is required as training will be offered to the successful applicant.

A First Aid certificate would definitely be an advantage but training will be provided.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to pass a police check as you will be working with kids.

Must be physically fit.

Drug testing and a full driver licence will also required.
