Property Manager

Busy South Auckland employer seeks an experienced candidate to be Property Manager for their business. Must have at least 2 years experience in similar field. This role is for someone who takes pride in their presentation with excellent English and communication skills along with experience. Our ideal candidate will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, a customer service, and property management background, and a high level of professionalism and focus on clients. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills, experience and personal qualities: Excellent people skills, experience in Palace Property Management software a must have proven property Management experience , general administration experience , strong time management and organisational skills ,able to interact with a diverse range of people and cultures ,desire to perform and succeed ,sound knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets and a current full New Zealand driver’s license is required. Responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of properties ,creating advertising, conducting viewings & leasing vacant properties , maintenance and repairs: obtain quotes for repairs to be completed, enter repairs and maintenance, liaise with Tradespeople, and meet on-site if required , completing rental property appraisals ,organise and conduct rental inspections , communicating with both landlords and tenants and creating a close relationship , complete tenant vetting, make recommendations of preferred Tenants, draft Tenancy Agreements and rent out vacant properties.
