Store Manager

Store manager required for Tank Juice outlet. Ideally experienced in managing a store with Hospitality, Health and Safety procedural knowledge. Able to manage people and taking charge as per required. Identified work experiences in similar industry will be ideal. Business is NZ owned family business over 90 stores across NZ and organisation has passion for good nutrition, good health and great customer service. You are required to be customer focused and also a good team member. ● Ensuring the store is open on time, all preparation has been completed, all necessary cleaning done so that the outlet is ready to commence trading each day at the allotted opening time. ● Supervision of Store Assistants including their demeanour, bearing and dress. Where necessary, requiring assistants to leave the workplace to remedy any breach in Tank’s dress requirements. ● Quality control of ingredients and final products ● Implementation of systems procedures and changes as required by the Regional Manager. ● Recruitment and training for Store Assistants including advertising, vetting applications and recommending candidates for interview and monitoring and reporting on performance during probationary period ● Initiating performance management process for minor offences, including having performance discussion and issuing record of discussion. Where required, escalating more serious matters to the Regional Manager ● Rostering ● Search of bags, etc, as required by the Regional Manager. ● Monitoring team members use of Tank telephone and internet, etc. ● Ensuring that the wages budget, cost of goods budget, stock takes, banking and turnover are in line and balanced ● Cash handling including banking and maintenance of accurate sale and transaction records, reconciling same with Eftpos and cash transactions and reporting thereon as required ● Ensuring all team members follow Tank’s approved recipes accurately and with proper care ● Ordering stock and receiving deliveries ● Daily and weekly stock takes as directed ● Maintaining presentation and appearance of shop, counter and glass fruit cabinet Email me: tilly.karan013@msd.govt.nz
