Looking to take on an exciting role and help with the daily operation of a busy group of orchards? This could be the role for you! You're responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to; - Good staff handling skills and an understanding of issues - Ensuring knowledge is kept up to date - Direct and coordinate the Workers - Report it to the Site Manager - Ensuring work is completed timely & effectively to ensure company production goals are met - Completion and filing of Work Sheets Guide the Workers with operational involvement as required - Maintaining a safe working environment and practices for all workers - Review tools and equipment regularly to ensure staff safety
Job Requirements
3+ years relevant work experience in any field, irrespective of industry, or relevant qualification at a level 4 or above NZQF.

- Rostered shifts over 7 days - 30 hrs/wk minimum (30 hours per week)

- $29.66/hr
