Responsibilities: Safely, efficiently, and effectively deliver care by prioritizing and attending to residents' needs, including showering, dressing, grooming, mobility support, eating/feeding, medicating, and toileting. Adhere to duty schedules and the Nursing Procedure Manual, seeking assistance in difficult care delivery situations when necessary. Provide input and actively participate in the planning and delivery of care for residents, considering individual needs and preferences.

Job Requirements
Must have some experience in a healthcare role, demonstrating proficiency in delivering care services. Must pass Drug and Alcohol Test Must pass Police Check Must have Class 1 Full Driver Licence and own reliable transport Must have relevant qualifications and certificates in healthcare assistance or a related field.
