Plumbers Assistant
About this job
- Install/replace/repair pipework including supply pipe, down pipes, guttering, gas pipes, drainage pipes, - Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance on your own, - Servicing of taps, drains, hot water units, hot water boilers (for tea and coffee) and toilets, - Confident with power tools, saws, cutters, welding/braising tools and all other tools of the trade, - Experience in Residential and Commercial plumbing services, - Set out repair or replace taps, showers, toilets, baths, sinks, meters tanks and other plumbing material, - A great customer centric approach, - Assemble fittings and valves for installation, or replacement, - Interpret drawings and specifications to map layout for water, gas, sewerage and drainage, - Strong commitment to quality workmanship, - Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure etc
Job Requirements
Preferable first aid, working at heights, roofing experience is a bonus but not a must.
