Kiwifruit orchard worker

Keen for outdoor work in the local Te Puke area? We have an opportunity available for you pruning and tying down of both Green and Gold kiwifruit vines on pergola structures in preparation for summer growth and 2025 harvest season according to industry specifications on a temporary basis. This work involves working above head and shoulder height and being on your feet for long periods of time. This could lead on to further employment with the summer work. Closed footwear must be always worn on orchard, as part of the health and safety requirements. Gumboots are suitable. You will need secure accommodation within daily travel assistance and be able to travel to the various orchards. Tools provided by employer.
Job Requirements
Must be a good team player with a good level of physical fitness. Will consider minor criminal convictions - excludes any form of assault, burglary, theft and drug-related convictions.

- Monday - Sunday 7am - 5pm (flexible and weather dependent) (30 hours per week)
