A local employer based in Tauriko is looking for a full time permanent experienced Duty Bar Manager. Must have LCQ license and Duty Bar Managers Certificate and experience in management. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with company changes, issues and improvements. You will also be responsible for the daily opening/closing operations, serving customers, managing shifts, duty manager -complying with liquor laws and customer complaints. Must have a full driver license and your own transport to meet the Flexible hours of operation Mon-Sunday 8.30am to 11.30pm,
Job Requirements
Must have LCQ license, Bar Manager Certificate Relevant Managerial experience Own transport with full driver license CV and references Flexible and able to commit to hours of operation
