Bartender All Rounders

Our historic rural pub is seeking 2 Bartender All Rounders to join the team immediately. Hours are 20-30 per week, but can offer fulltime hours to one of the position, leaving part time hour available for the next. The role will be to work directly with customers by serving drink orders, with additional responsibilities including verifying age requirements, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies etc. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, are reliable, friendly, customer focused, personable, be able to manage intoxicated people and de-escalate situations if required, and to have excellent communication skills. Duties also include greeting customers (FOH), clearing tables and helping the kitchen staff if required. Hours of work are mostly evenings, with weekends included. Bar Managers Licence and LCQ are highly desirable as well as experience in hospitality/customer service.

You need to have worked in a similar role previously. Reliability is key Need to have a minimum of a restricted licence and your own transport in not having to rely on others to get too and from mahi.
