Retail Supervisor

As Store Manager you will plan, lead, communicate, organise and control the day-to-day running of the store to achieve the highest possible standards. You must have a high attention to detail and love working in a busy environment. Responsible for, stock control and management, including accurate stocktaking. Deciding on product pricing and responsible for establishing marketing and purchasing policies to increase revenue. Monitor and check staff performance. Responsible for recruitment and training of new staff. Prepare monthly reports and budgeting. Being able to understand and offer the best service and products to our customers. You will be responsible for driving sales and promotions, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store is compliant with all company policies and Health & Safety regulations.

proven New Zealand experience in a retail environment is strongly preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to driving sales and achieving outstanding results. Stock management expertise, understanding the importance of this.
