Duty Manager
About this job
- Promote in-store offers & advertisements - Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages - Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items - Prepare food items with the store staff and do deliveries when required - Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory - Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus - Maintain Pizza Hut's product and service quality - Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services - Take feedback from customers and respond to customer’s inquiries and complaints - Ensure customer service standards are met - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift - Maintain and comply with Pizza Hut policies and procedures - You should have at least 1 year of work experience working in Pizza Hut in New Zealand.
Job Requirements

- Monday to Sunday, anytime between 10am to 1am rostered shifts. (30 hours per week) (30 hours per week)
