Furniture Delivery Driver - Class 2 or 4

A busy furniture delivery business is looking for someone to join their deliveries team. Working with a partner, you will be required to load, secure, deliver and offload according to the schedule provided to you. This role does require some flexibility in hours to work around customers availability. We do commercial work, delivering business-to-business as well as home delivery to customers. As well as holding the relevant licenses and having 2-4 years experience in delivery driving, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team, be physically fit and able to handle frequent heavy lifting, and also have good problem solving and time management skills.
Job Requirements
Class 2 or 4 drivers license. 2-4 years previous experience with delivery driving. Physically fit - repeated heavy lifting. Flexibility to work early or late shifts, incl evenings and weekends. Pass a drug test and criminal record check. Forklift license/experience a bonus but not required.
- Days of work
- 7-day roster. Start and end times variable. Shifts are 8-10 hours/day. Minimum 32 hours/week. (32 hours per week)
