About this job

An Electrical company is looking for an experienced Class 2 driver. • Pick up a wide variety of materials/goods from suppliers and deliver ahead. • Deliver a wide range of goods to ongoing sites and client’s address in Whangarei • Able to travel to Different routes as allocated. • Follow routes and time schedule. • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery heavy vehicle. • Complete logbooks and reports (If required) • Follow the instructions provided by the management. • Follow Health and Safety regulations and safety standards designed by SP Electrical Services Limited • Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading. • Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles • Daily Reporting to the management and dispatch regarding any delivery issues • In all conditions, the Truck must be tidy and meet the hygiene standard for the next person to operate. • Advise management of all accidents, incidents, damages, near misses, and potential hazards

Job Requirements

• Must have a Valid NZ or International license equivalent to Class II of NZ Driving License. • Must be able to drive a Manual Class II delivery VEHICLE in New Zealand. • Must Pass Drug Test • Must not be Smoker • Must not have any prior serious driving convictions. • Must not have any criminal conviction • Must work on the Weekends & Public Holidays • Early Morning Starts • Floating Shifts • Able to lift weights up to 25 KG. • Must Physically fit with no medical conditions
