Mt Wellington employer is looking for experienced Fish Filleters for New Zealand's largest Maori–owned fisheries company in New Zealand. They have a large team and they need experienced knife hands to join their team and assist them in delivering the best service for their customers.
Shift time: 8PM-4:30AM
Knifehand role:
How to fillet different types of fish Knife-handling Food safety requirements How to sort, weigh and pack fish Grading/ quality check Operating and cleaning machinery used for seafood processing Basic English and maths. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, criminal history check and must have legal rights to work in New Zealand
