About this job
South Auckland (Wiri) based container transport company providing import and export transportation between 4 major ports - Auckland, Metro, Tauranga and North Port is currently on hunt for Class 5 Drivers. Ideal candidate will have clean full Class 5 driver licence, able to drive manual trucks, carry out daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles, secure special attachments to equipment, transport materials to and from the job sites as required including loading/unloading, follow proper tie-down procedures to ensure materials are properly secured whilst getting transported, able to use GPS devices to plan journeys, report of any health and safety hazards, follow and comply with all company's health and safety regulations and policies and perform any additional tasks as and when required by the employer.

-Must be able to pass pre-employment drugs test -Must not have any major convictions (minor convictions may be considered on case by case basis)
