Tanker Wash Operator

The Tanker Wash Operator is responsible for performing all aspects of tanker trailer cleaning using our tanker wash while observing all safety requirements. The job involves entering confined spaces. This can take some nerve as the manways to Tankers are tight and some tankers are not terribly spacious at all. Must also be comfortable working with strong smells as the residual product (fermented grapes) can have a very strong odour within the tankers. Duties and Responsibilities Manage wash bay operation, providing caustic and sanitising cleaning. Enter confined spaces (tankers) Load and empty trailers as required. Responsible for the cleaning of the interior of tanker trailers and exteriors as needed. Inspect tankers for residual products. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Ensure hoses, lines, clamps, and gaskets are clean. Customer service to clients. Manage Bookings.
Job Requirements
Must have a clean drivers licence, comfortable in confined spaces chemical handling
