Key duties include: Cleaning kitchen, food preparation areas and equipment Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking Maintain standards for food safety in all food preparation areas Responsible for assisting the compliance of the business including but not limited to health and safety and the Food Control Plan Preparing sushi in accordance to the Food Control Plan Responsible for monitoring waste control Maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
