Job Requirements

As a Duty Manager, you are required to perform the following task and duties, but not limited to:- - Maintaining a welcome environment within the bar and hotel at all times - Supervising liquor, gaming, health and other laws and regulations - Connecting with customers and taking random customer feedback to assess their satisfaction regarding customer-service. - Take food and drink orders as and when required - Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments) - Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives - Supervise and motivate - Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs - Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning - Handle complaints from customers - Conduct regular audits to ensure the bar and hotel is functional and presentable - Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines Must have LCQ and Manager's Certificate. Gaming operations experience preferred and at least 1 years experience required for bar operations.

Days of work
Monday - Sunday 8am to 1am opening hours, rostered shifts. (30 hours per week)
