Sports Coach Rugby and Cricket

Support the Academy of Sport and High Performance Sport Departments in coaching and developing young and senior players in cricket and rugby. Co-ordinate junior and senior training as per school timetables. Work closely with the school sponsors of each sport to ensure gear and equipment supply. Responsible for planning and managing the budgets for each code effectively in partnership with the School Business Manager. Communicating with Services regarding grounds needs for each sport depending on season. Overseeing other areas such as budgeting and pastoral care of players, as well as providing support to the Future Sports Program.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years full-time experience at playing and/or coaching at an elite level. If not, then relevant coaching qualifications
