RICCARTON: A fast growing organisation that specialising insurance repairs, and house renovations to public house projects and large-scale residential subdivision projects. Currently they are looking for a capable Administration/Office Support join their busy Christchurch team.
Our ideal candidate will an energetic person who can support the team and have a positive attitude to jump into this fast-paced role and pick up new skills along the way.
Job Responsibilities: (Include, but not limited to)
- Answer phone calls and email enquiry in an efficient and courteous manner - Preparation & data entry of quotes, invoices, insurance and contracts etc for new builds - Preparing documents for new builds - insurance, contracts etc - Providing reliable and quality administration support to our team - Follow up with our clients, stakeholders, suppliers and trades - Communicating with other professionals and suppliers regarding construction matters
Job Requirements
- Experience in an admin/office support in a construction company/related field. - Experience in Xero and other accounts software is a must as the right person will be assisting with Accounts matters as well - Friendly and approachable with an ability to work well under pressure - Strong attention to detail with the ability prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, many of which often change and short notice. - Highly organised, efficient and the ability to work autonomously. - Full New Zealand drivers license desired.
