Otautau based empolyer currently seeking a Dairy Farm Assistant. Duties will include milking 850 cows through a 54 bail rotary shed. Your duties will include milking cows • Getting cows in and winter milking • Washing teats • Driving 2 and 4 wheeler motorbikes • Cleaning and hosing the cowshed, pressure washing milking shed and farm vehicles • Putting up temporary electric fences and assisting with maintenance in cowshed • Feeding calves, picking up and transporting calves
Job Requirements
• You must be able to pass a pre-employment police check and drug test • Full licence is required for this position and some experience on 2/4 wheelers necessary • Accommodation to be discussed at time of interview
