Shift and Department Managers Wanted

We are currently looking for experienced Shift managers and Department Managers to work at our Warkworth McDonalds Store. We are looking for full time 30+ hours per week between the hours of 6:00 am - 11:30 pm.

Work experience / Qualifications Required: Minimum of 1 year previous experience as a shift manager / Department manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a QSR environment. McDonalds experience is preferred. Key Duties. *Leading the team to deliver Outstanding QSC at all times. *Leading and Maintaining all critical compliance and maintenance in the restaurant, *Assisting with leading our Audit Cycle and ensuring the store is always audit ready. *Training and performance management of staff. *Role model, enforce and educate staff in all McDonald's Policies and procedures. *Leading and ensuring all food safety protocol is upheld to the highest standard. *Driving and delivering key Sales and KPI targets to grow the business. *Ensuring we are Delivering exceptional customer service at all times. *Management of designated departments / departments. *Creating a supportive and high performing team culture. Other key attributes required: *Ability to manage and motivate a team. *Experience training and up-skilling staff *Attention to details and time management skills *Proven experience maintaining a high standard of compliance. *Experience with ensuring maintenance and cleaning schedules are followed. *Initiative and a sense of urgency. *Understands how to set targets and track success *Well presented. *Enjoys challenges and a fast-paced environment. *The ability to embrace technology and innovation. *Experience in the QSR / Hospitality market.
