A popular cafe and restaurant in the Berryfields complex seeks an experienced head chef.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Management of the kitchen team, including KPI's of Food and Wage Cost, Online Reviews, Rostering & Food Safety, performance reviews, staff training and management. Close connection with Duty Managers to ensure smooth operational running of the business and teams.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need 4 years experience as well as relevant qualifications.
- Days of work
- Hours will be worked Monday to Sunday between 10.00am and 10.00pm (35 hours per week)
