Orchard Supervisor
About this job
Supervisors (minimum 3 years relevant experience or a L4 or higher relevant qualification) are sought to oversee and run kiwifruit teams in our orchards in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. In these roles you will undertake administrative and physical responsibility for the smooth running operation of the orchards. Duties will include the likes of: timesheet management, orchard inductions, tool box meetings, coordination of day to day orchard tasks, maintenance of training and SOP's, H & S regulation compliance plus other duties as required by management.
Job Requirements
Min of 3 years or relevant experience or Relevant NCEA Level 4 qualification.

- Mon - Fri plus weekend availability (32 hours per week)
