Customer Service Rep

Employer is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team who ideally can rotate between their Napier and Hastings stores. This role is approx. 30 hours per week - rotating rostered shifts over 7 days with a mix of day and evening shifts. Great customer service is their number 1 so if you love a bit of banter with those from all walks of life this is a fantastic role in a large industry with plenty of future opportunities. If you have an interest in sport or racing – even better! You will be cash handling on a day to day basis and confident in numeric skills. No experience needed as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Job Requirements
• Cash handling or till experience preferred • Ability to work within a team environment • Great communications skills • Flexibility in shifts • A positive attitude day in day out • Excellent customer service • The ability to learn and become a product expert
