Busy and growing supermarket is looking for someone to join them in a new role as a Shift Supervisor. You're primary function will be to assist the store manager with developing strategies and policies, while making decisions in a fast-paced and varied environment, and assisting with inventory management etc. This will not necessarily be a front-facing position, however customer service skills are most definitely still required. Any tertiary qualifications (level4 and above) with a business focus are a necessity - experience a bonus. Job Requirements
MUST hold a tertiary qualification - preference to business/business related. Any quals must be Level 4 or above. Must have full class 1 drivers licence. No criminal convictions - incl traffic offences. Pass a drug test. Must be able to work over a 7-day roster. Heavy lifting may be required.

- Rostered over 7-days. Store hours are 8:00am-8:30pm. Potential for hours outside of store opening (with prior notice). (33 hours per week)
