Hotel Receptionist
About this job
Ensure an efficient and professional reception experience for guests. Handle daily guest check-in and check-out . Answer phone calls, emails and direct inquiries. Handle guest complaints efficiently and effectively - ensure that the Duty Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments. Demonstrate and maintain a high level of customer service. Completing reservations and other duties assigned by the Manager - Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Job Requirements
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in this role. Great customer service skills with a warm friendly manner. Able to multi-task well and remain calm under pressure. Must be able to pass a MOJ check.

- Monday to Sunday rotating rosters Day shifts, night shifts including public holidays. (30 hours per week)
