Port workers - Stevedores
About this job
Location: Mount Maunganui Port work stevedoring, part time and full-time positions available. No experience required as full training provided. Successful applicants will have a good level of fitness and enjoy hands on work, Must be available to work shift across a 7-day roster this includes day and/or nightshift (4am to 4pm or 4pm to 4am). Duties vary from loading / unloading containers variety of cargo, bulk fertilizer, kiwifruit, logs, frozen meat, and fish, offloading containers from ships, filling trucks, sorting products, tallying cargo, lashing containers. Successful applicants will be drug free, have reliable transport to get to work, hold a minimum of a Restricted Drivers Licence, convictions will be considered case by case.
