Senior Housekeeping / Room Attendant

Comfortable training new staff & overseeing their development. Responsible for following & leading the standard operating procedures, responsible for achieving & exceeding the guest satisfaction score. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction Monitor & maintain cleanliness, sanitation & organization of assigned work areas Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet Identify & report any equipment failure, breakages, repair & maintenance needs Keep up to date & adheres to the best WHS practices Reporting any real or potential hazards, accidents, or incidents Full room cleaning & checks Ensure security of guest rooms & privacy of guests Perform rotation cleaning duties (eg steam clean carpets, spring/deep cleaning, public areas etc) Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly & acknowledge all guests, however busy Be familiar with all hotel services & local attractions to respond to guest inquiries accurately

Ability to work a rotating roster Mon-Sun, min 30hrs per week. A passion for contributing to and enhancing guest experiences Minimum 6 months experience in a senior relevant role within a 4.5*+ luxury hotel Well-presented, organized, and calm personality Dedication and commitment to hospitality, leadership, and teamwork Physical mobility and stamina required Detail-oriented Professional attitude is required. Ability to work independently Fluent English essential, additional languages an advantage
