About this job
Managing and motivating a small but mighty crew! Customer service Using our PMS system to work through rooming lists and assign duties Organisation, ordering and rotation of all departmental supplies - linen, chemicals and cleaning equipment. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager. Working alongside the maintenance team to report repairs. Completing room checks and having a thorough eye for detail Working to deadlines Providing ongoing training Driving change and efficiencies across the Housekeeping department.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in resort, hotel or hostel service - preferably at a supervisory level or similar. Great eye for detail Ability to supervise a small team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High level of customer service & guest relations Initiative & work proactively Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

- Monday- Sunday rotating roster between the hours of 7am-10pm (40 hours per week)
