Construction Labourer

North Shore Based Employer is looking for Construction Labourers to • Prepare construction sites for tradesmen to start the building process • Assisting in setting up the job sites and preparing the layouts • Operating and caring for the construction tools, equipment and machines • Helping carpenters and all other skilled tradesmen with their work whenever necessary • Loading or unloading or moving construction materials, tools and equipment & heavy lifting around the building site • Helping put up and dismantling scaffolding and other site facilities • Following instructions from supervisors • Using equipment, machinery & tools in a responsible & safe manner • Clean work area, maintain work tools and machines daily after the work is done. Employer is looking for workers who can do construction work alongside the tradesmen, so need to have knowledge of tools and building experience. Have minimum of a restricted licence and your own reliable transport to get to various sites as required. Will also need to be able to pass a pre-employment drug and police check.
