A local jewellery manufacturing business in Blenheim has a position available.
They require a person with proven expertise in the production of shell cabochons (Black Lipped Mother of Pearl and Abalone).
This is a very manual role requiring a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, patience and perseverance.

Job Requirements
The role requires a keen eye for detail, patience and perseverance.
You will need to be able to:
-Grade shell in its raw state ensuring the selection of top grade shell for processing. - Cut shell cabochons to shape, polish and trim for pattern and colour ready for siting in jewellery panels. -Pass a pre-employment drug test. -MOJ check required.
