Farm Supervisor

Drury based farm is looking for a Farm Supervisor Employer has a hothouse and is looking for a suitable person to oversee daily operations on the farm, and ensuring orders are dispatched and the customers are informed. Attending to customers' inquiries and complaints for the produce. Supervise farm workers, allocating tasks and provide guidance and training as needed. Checking and controlling waste, maintain equipment and ensure proper maintenance. Keep accurate records of production and expenses. Assist in planning and prioritizing workloads. Communicate with the Director to report staff performances and workload levels. Ensure work is done as per compliance meeting health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
Must be fit and able to work flexible hours.
