Front of House - Waiter
About this job
As well as welcoming diners and providing them with excellent service, your duties also include but are not limited to: Greeting and seating guests, presenting them with the menus and communicating any specials. Serving food and beverages. Setting and arranging tables. Recommending complimentary wines/beers to guests meals. Taking orders, entering into the POS system. Ensure guests have the appropriate cutlery to enjoy their meal. Checking in on diners throughout their meal to ensure they are happy and offering more drinks when appropriate. Clearing tables efficiently and resetting where necessary. -Presenting guests with their bills and processing payments. Preparation and service of hot and cold drinks. Maintenance of bar area throughout service, washing and polishing glassware, restocking bar fridges when necessary, making note of any stock item we are running low on etc. Tapping kegs and attaching supply lines. Adhering to opening and closing procedures/checklists.
Job Requirements
Available to work afternoon shifts and weekends to met business needs.
