Restaurant Manager
About this job
A local Tauranga employer is looking for a Restaurant Manager for their Indian restaurant Day to day tasks will include: Serve guests to the restaurant's standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment. Maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar. Ensure guests stay safe and orderly within the restaurant. Clean tables and other surfaces set tables and ensure they're ready for the next guest if necessary. Deal with supplier contracts for stock and inventory. Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives. Assessing and improving profitability and making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff. Agreeing and managing budgets. Creating staffing roaster and Planning menus.
You must hold a current Duty Managers Certificate Looking for someone with a min of 6 months experience Training will be provided
