A local electrical company is looking for a handyman to join their team!
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances. • Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs. • Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns. • Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry. • Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. • Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. • Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed. • Provide clients’ with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment. • Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. • Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers.
Job Requirements
• Relevant work experience • Be able to pass Ministry of Justice check • Be able to pass drug test
- Days of work
- Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 5pm (32 hours per week)

- $29.66 - 32.00 depending on experience
