About this job
We seek a motivated shop front of house + customer service person to join our team - must be friendly, reliable, helpful with a high energy attitude. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the store, creating a welcoming and positive environment. Generate sales leads by engaging with the community and networking with the team when required. Promote a welcoming and caring atmosphere with a professional manner and able to work as part of a team.
Job Requirements
1. Must have previous experience in retail sales or customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Be caring, able to understand and be empathetic towards clients that utilise our services. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. 5.Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash. 6. No convictions. 7. A clean ( no speeding fines or driving related convictions history) and Class 1 full driving licence, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles, including a large Transit Van. 8. Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and awareness of Iwi and Crown partnership, including equitable customer service.

- Based in Whangarei, this is a permanent position - Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week. 10.00am - 2.00pm (20 hours per week)
