This pathway is for people who want to achieve professional / industry qualifications & licences in technical and business fields through academic and work-based learning. Aligned with industry standards, cadets at Fulton Hogan will learn throughout their programme, with potential to work on new and emerging technologies. Our cadet programme is targeted at people who are new to our industry. Starting off with an Infrastructure Skill Centre which will enable them to learn the basics before moving into a team, where they will increase their skill set. A bit about the Infrastructure Skills Centre:
Successful applicants will attend an Infrastructure Skills Centre. This is a 4 week training programme designed to give them foundational skills, capabilities and knowledge to help them establish a meaningful career with Fulton Hogan. This programme is an "earn while you learn" opportunity with hands-on delivery methods that will help them prepare to work safely, learn the Fulton Hogan values and behaviours, and help them contribute as part of the team.
Job Requirements
Must hold a minimum class 1 restricted licence and have reliable transportation. Must have the availability to work night and weekend work when required. Be available to attend and complete the full training programme. Must be physically capable and able to lift 0 – 30kgs. Must be able to pass a full Medical, Drug and Alcohol. Understand civil construction and interest in developing a career in the industry. Criminal convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
