Retail Supervisor

Our iconic Queenstown store sells leading New Zealand brands and products such as merino wool, possum fur, skincare, healthcare, shell jewellery, tee shirts, souvenirs, and other unique Kiwi made products available for sale both in store and online. We sell these fantastic products to tourists, locals and internationally via the internet and we are now seeking a Retail Supervisor to help in all areas of the business. You will ideally have prior retail and/or leadership experience and most defiantly will need to have a passion for people! Leading for the front you will be responsible for a small team of retail superstars generating sales by offering a warm and welcoming customer service experience and offering expert product knowledge. You will assist with the day-to-day operational activities such as customer queries and sales, staff supervision, stock control management, monitor and action internet sales, overs merchandising displays, undertake shift banking duties, and responsible for store opening or closing duties. Full training will be provided.

Previous retail experience and supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and time management skills are essential. We are seeking a reliable, committed, and passionate individual who is committed to helping us sell the largest range of souvenirs and apparel in Queenstown
