Security/Handyman

Hillsborough, Christchurch are in search for a Security Guard with handyman experience. We are on the look out for someone that holds a Green COA and knowledge in handyman duties who also enjoys working in a fun and loving environment. Have a proven can do attitude. This is a permanent part time role. Full training can be provided to the right person, but you are expected to have a COA.
Job Requirements
* Ensure the security, safety and well- being of all personnel, students, visitors and the property * Inspect and patrol the property on foot on a regular basis * Monitor surveillance cameras * Ensure all exits, doors and windows are secure * Respond to alarms and ensure to act accordingly in a timely manner * Report any irregulates and suspicious actions * Hardworking and knowledge around been a Handyman. * Able to perform a variety of maintenance duties with skill. * Adept in handling preventative maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, and simple appliance installations. * Ability to handle power tools and some maintenance related machinery. * Hard worker with a can do attitude * Holds at least a Green COA
- Days of work
- Monday - Thursday 5pm - 9 pm Saturday 9 am - 4 pm 22.5 hrs + the 4 hours handyman tasks (26.5 hours per week)
