Aged Care -Health Care Assistant
About this job
Experienced Aged Care -Health Care Assistant required for a local Rest Home and Hospital in Papakura. Must have Level 4 Certificate in Aged Care with a keen interest in the care of the elderly. Duties include but is not limited to personal care (showering, toileting, incontinence check etc), assisting with feeding, cleaning, lifting, medication, laundry, reporting and recording daily activities. This role requires you to have a high level of empathy for others and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Shifts are rostered and include nights and weekends. Job Requirements
Full NZ Class 1 licence Able to pass a drug test and undergo police vetting. Hardworking, caring, empathetic and physically fit Available references

- Monday-Sunday , on rostered shifts through out 24 hours over a 5 day period (32 hours per week)
